THE LADIES' PARADISE is represented in Tbilisi by 4 perfumery stores and 2 beauty
salons at the following addresses:

We also offer
a virtual store, which enables our customers to purchase products remotely and
receive the desired products at the desired location in Tbilisi and the regions
of Georgia.
Please read
the terms of this agreement carefully.
Company Rights and Obligations:
Along with
changes in legislation and the company’s internal policy, we reserve the right
to make changes to the content of the website, to which the website user
unconditionally agrees.
When you
register on our website, we are given the right to contact you electronically
and provide you with situation-specific information.
The website
allows you to post comments, which must comply with ethical standards and must
not violate the rights of third parties.
The company
reserves the right, if necessary, for such comments to be discussed publicly or
deleted.
Since
products are sold simultaneously in physical and virtual stores, there is a
possibility that while viewing a product on the website and adding it to the
cart, it may be sold in a store, there may be a product shortage, or the
product may be found defective. In such a case, the company will inform you as
soon as the fact is identified. If payment has already been made, the amount
will be refunded to you after completion of the procedures established by the
servicing bank, within the prescribed timeframes. To avoid this, you may
contact the branch or our Facebook page and request that the desired product be
checked and reserved.
If the system
refuses to process the transaction and provides information that the product
selected by you is unavailable, you agree to receive this information in
accordance with the present agreement.
We undertake
to duly fulfill the obligation assumed toward the customer regarding the timely
processing and delivery of the order.
Customer Rights and Obligations:
Before
placing an order on the website, the customer must register and then log in.
The customer
has the right to receive duly performed obligations from Women’s Happiness LLC
regarding the purchase and delivery of products.
The customer
has the right to express their opinion on social networks, taking ethical
standards into account.
The customer
has the right to request receipt of the purchased item within the established
timeframe.
The company
does not assume liability for unauthorized use of the customer’s username and
password by another person. If another unauthorized person logs into our
website using your details and uses the service, you must notify the company so
that appropriate measures can be taken.
The customer
must provide accurate information so that the order is delivered to the correct
addressee. Otherwise, the customer will bear the additional delivery cost.
Payment:
Payment for
products purchased through the website may be made by:

Locally issued and international
Visa/MasterCard;
·
Transfer to the special account of Women’s
Happiness LLC (the customer’s first name and surname must be indicated in the
payment purpose).
Security Policy:
The company
assumes responsibility that the personal information provided by the customer
is confidential and shall not be transferred to any third party for any
purpose, except to the transportation company that will deliver the order.
The customer
voluntarily decides whether to subscribe to the company’s news by email, which
may be unsubscribed from at any time using the instructions provided by email.
The customer
agrees to receive informational notifications at the email address or mobile
number provided by the customer, which are related to the customer’s order.
The website
does not store your electronic card data. During payment, you enter your card
details on the bank’s page, to which the website redirects you at the final
stage of placing the order.
Purchase and Delivery
1.
Since the online store is connected to the physical store, it would be
preferable to check the desired product before purchasing.
2.
Delivery fee: from GEL 6 in Tbilisi and from GEL 8 in the regions
(depending on the product weight). Order processing and formation will take
place during the store’s working hours, from 10:00 to 16:00, Monday through
Friday. Delivery of products and order formation are not carried out on public
holidays or on weekends.
3.
Purchased products are delivered throughout the entire territory of
Georgia, including villages.
4.
Within Tbilisi, the product will be delivered to the address specified
by the customer no later than within 2 business days, and in the regions within
3-6 business days, taking into account the schedule pre-established by the
contracted courier service and the meteorological conditions existing in the
region at the time of delivery. The delivery period may be extended due to
heavy snowfall, flooding, or other force majeure reasons beyond our control.
5.
Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and official public
holidays established by the Labor Code of Georgia.
6.
The customer may obtain information about the delivery status and
location of their product by contacting Women’s Happiness LLC at 0322060778.
Return Policy for Products Purchased in the Online Store
·
Pursuant to Article 13 of the Law of Georgia on
the Protection of Consumer Rights, the customer has the right to withdraw from
the contract without indicating any reason and return the goods within 14
calendar days, counted from the receipt of the goods.
·
In case of return of the goods, the customer is
obliged to:
·
Return the goods to the trader or to a third
party designated by the trader immediately after sending the notice of return
of the item, but no later than within 7 calendar days.
·
Bear the direct expenses related to the return
of the goods.
·
Transportation of the item must be carried out
to the following address: Tbilisi, 95 Aghmashenebeli Avenue, or, at the request
of Women’s Happiness, to the address from which the product was sent.
·
If the characteristics of the goods do not
correspond to the data indicated on the platform, the goods have an initial
defect, or are damaged, the trader shall ensure return of the goods using its
own resources.
·
The customer is obliged to return the goods in
full, together with all accompanying documents.
·
The trader is obliged to refund the amount paid
by the customer within 14 calendar days after receiving the notice of return of
the goods. The trader has the right to refuse the refund until the goods are
returned or until the customer provides a document confirming shipment of the
goods, whichever occurs earlier.
·
The refund shall be made using the same payment
method that the customer used, except where the customer agrees to the use of
another payment method.
·
The customer’s refusal of the goods
automatically results in withdrawal from the related contract and restoration
of the original condition.
·
The customer does not have the right to withdraw
from the contract and return the product unconditionally in the following
cases:
·
The price of the delivered goods depends on
changes in the financial market that the trader cannot control and which
occurred within the timeframe established by this document.
·
The customer was supplied with sealed goods, the
sealing of which was broken after delivery, and therefore the goods cannot be
returned.
·
Goods with a value of less than GEL 30.
